I had a delightful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. The staff provided exceptional service, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality and enjoyable experience.

Staff and reception super professional.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly. One of the best things about staying here was the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel was located in a prime area close to popular tourist attractions and public transportation, which made it easy to get around during my stay.

My stay was tarnished by several negative aspects. To start, the air conditioning in my room was old and very loud, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

The restaurant is very good, good food and good service. In general the people is very friendly.

The price is to high for the type of hotel, The housekeeper opened my room at 9am (I was inside sleeping yet), the room didn't have any ashtray, on my second day the housekeeper didn't refiled the shampoo and the conditioner.

Check out could be faster.

To switch on the air conditioning I had to step over the bed.

The staff was cute and made us feel at home. Our room was modern and comfortable with a large and cozy double bed, clean sheets and towels. There was also a mini fridge and a microwave. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Parking was free and check in and check out were fast.

Thr hotel is out of nowhere. Far from everything in city. Gym is not working at all. I regretted the whole time that I chose this hotel.

Location and fast services (diner cames in less than 10 minutes!)

Chech out time. There was a huge line and I spent 35 minutes waiting (yes! 35 minutes)
